Ninja Forms is conflicting too. I have a form set up in the "Live Music Events" menu. the page is called "WESTFEST & EH6 2019 BATTLE OF THE BANDS REGISTRATION PAGE" but the form doesn't load when click from withing the menue, only when going straight to the link from a browser, or refreshing the page

    Hi,

Sorry, please try to reinstall the provided initial new album slider that came with the demo and see if it works. then build on it..you have changed a lot the current slider so i cant tell exactly what's wrong here.. I am sorry.

For ninja forms, a quick workaround is to put the class no-ajax in the page conflicting with the ajax page loading. I did it for you. see here: https://d.pr/i/ewUZqi

    Thank you,

I can't build it again. I bought this skin purely because of the nice "next playing" graphic that was already built on slider revolution. All I have changed are the images behind it. It was working great until my site went live with my domain.

Can I send images on here so I can show you how it looked before?

  • GingerJesus replied

it seems to be an issue with https. My web hoster has changed my site to http and it's working again

  • GingerJesus replied

I'm having more issues with slider revolution. It turned out that the image files were somehow unlinked. so I attached them again, So that issue is resolved.

The issue I'm having now is when I click the "More Info" link buttons that I added to my slide, they dont work on mobile. They are fine on desktop and take me to the correct page. On mobile they are just unresponsive. Sometimes if I tilt the top of the phone towards me I can get a click.

Also when the now playing player is playing in the footer the music usually continues as I click through the site, but when I click on the "More Info" link buttons on the home screen slide, the music stops when it navigates to the linked page.

I dont see your button on mobile so I moved them to the bottom on mobile only. it now works: https://d.pr/i/rjJvOH

For the continuous player, ive fixed your link https://d.pr/i/GVTh1J

    it now works.

    Thank you,

I've already tried moving them everywhere around the page and making them bigger. It still doesn't work. I'll test on another phone, but the play button is smaller and that works fine, so I really don't think it's my screen.

What about the continuous play issue when more info is pressed?

everything seems to work for me...when I click play, the player fire and I can go to another page without the player stop...

Please describe step by step what you do so I can reproduce exactly what you do

    Thank you,

on the home page I click play on the album cover player. The tracks I set start playing, I can navigate anywhere on the site but if I click on the "more info" link that appears on every slide at the top right of the home page, it takes me to the relevant event page and the music stops. I have made sure the links are set to open in the same window.

    Hi,

look at your first slide in the button's action link: https://d.pr/i/o614Jw the link is ./event/ruvellas/ and not https://www.gjpromotions.uk/event/ruvellas/ and it works. so please change all your buttons on your other slide with the same structure.   (./your-slug/)

    Thank you,

I'm having issues with a link on a blog post.
When I click on the link at the bottom of this blog post, it opens to the correct page, but the content does not load.

That blog page is fine. Click on the link at the bottom of the page. It takes you to the correct page but does not show the content which is meant to be a ninja form.

    Ok I've found it.

Ninja form doesnt seem to support ajax page loading. see the error you have when you click on the link: https://d.pr/i/vrLqzC

If you refresh the page, then the ninja form works.

I have added the css class on your link with the "no-ajax" attribute so when people click on the link, it will by pass the ajax loading. https://d.pr/i/mFBuJ8

So will I have to do what you did everytime I link to a ninja form?

  •  61
    Maxime replied

    Thank you,

    How do I do that?

  •  61
    Maxime replied

its already enabled by default..if you want to turn the continuous audio player off, go to wp-admin > croma > general settings and turn the option to off.

    Thank you,

I've replaced the link with a button. Where do I place "no-ajax" in this line?

    <a class="fasc-button fasc-size-large fasc-type-glossy fasc-rounded-medium ico-fa fasc-ico-before fa-group fasc-style-bold" href="http://www.gjpromotions.uk/botb2019/">Register Your Band</a>
