    Hello there,

    Since yesterday, all my release pages (Playlist) are not displaying correctly anymore. I have more than 100 pages where the layout is completely fucked up. Here is an example: https://boogie80.com/playlist/gil-silverbird-fool-s-paradise/
    I haven't installed any new plugins in months. I really don't know what happened.

    I would be very grateful if you could help me solve this issue as I really like your work on this them.

    This issue probably happen because the wordpress on your server has been updated.
    Please update Soundrise and the plugin soundrise music.
    You probably need also to update wp-bakery

    Hello,

    I just updated the theme. I now have the Version: 1.4.12. After updating the theme, I updated all the necessary plugins including WP Bakery but unfortunately my problem is still there. The layout of my "Playlist" pages is fucked up. with big gap and the audio player is not working anymore.  Can you please help me find a solution ?

    What is the WP-debug ? Is that a plugin ? I do't have any plugin named as such.

    Wp-debug is a wordpress function developed for developer. I think this function is activated, and I m not sure, but I thing disable it could fix the issue. 
    Maybe you have the option to disable wp-debug in the web hosting dashboard. Otherwise you have to edit bu ftp the wp-config file. If you provide the ftp access, I will be able to take a look.

    The login credential doenst work. Maybe I have to use a specific "port". I have tried both, but can you tell me if I have to use ftp or ftps?

    Maybe it will be more easy to communicate with your webhost provider and ask to desable the wp-debug.

    Sorry for the wait. 

    I dont need the ftp anymore. 

    I have fix your issue with a custom css code:

    .iron-audioplayer .audio-track {
    display:inline;
    }

    But I still dont understand why this unwanted behavior happen on your site. I hope everything will be fine now.

    hello,

    From what I can see on my phone, the audio player is still not working when clicking the audio samples nothing happens. Beside, the text color of the songs is now brown instead of black. I made some screenshots.

    When I purchased this them one year ago, I asked you to do some minor custom fix for me. if you look at my previous ticket: https://irontemplates.ticksy.com/ticket/1492198/ you might be able to trace all these custom CSS.

    I have never touch the them core myself. I'm not messing wit things I don't know.

    Feel free to do whatever is necessary to fix all these issues.  Also, I wanted to tell you

    Also when i'm trying to go on my website from my phone on Google Chrome, I have a blank page with that:

    Hello Albin, 

    I have spent lot of time on your issue. 
    Something is wrong with your wordpress and it is not our theme. 
    For some reason, codes form the <head> are located in the <body>.

    And you have also in your code this unwanted <iframe>

    I don know where is come from. Those behaviors are not caused by our products. I have disabled all your plugins and tested your site with another wordpress theme and both unwanted behavior mentioned before still happen. 

    I m sorry, but I cant help. You should contact your webhost provider.

    Than you for your feedback.

    I looked at my hosting dashboard to see if I could make a restauration of the website but the oldest I can go back is 6 days ago unfortunately...

    The websote is getting worse and worse.... I have new issues  coming every day... Now I have all playlists like this one: http://boogie80.com/playlist/benedek-untitled/  that are "not found".  What I noticed is that only the "Playlist" pages are affected. all the normal pages and blog posts are are not modified.

    To be honest with you , I have found a new Iron template theme called "LUSH" that I would like to buy and install.

    Considering that I will not be using the "playlist" feature in the future (if I buy this new theme), do you think that I can simply  install it from the dashboard and everything will be ok ? Or do you think that I should completely delete the webste form my web host plateform and then quickly reinstall th enew theme ?

    OMG ! I just did a reinstalation of of the latest version of WordPpress" just by clicking "Re-install now" in my dashboard and it seems that i solved all my issues! Incredible but true!  Can you please double check the  source code of my page again and tell me if you still see the problems you mentionned earlier?

    I'm surprised that you did not think about this before lol !

    I'm still thinking about implementing this new theme "lush". Is it a template that you guys are managing too ? It is an iron template too ?

    Yes lush is one of our products. But we have created this theme in 2015. We still support it but it begin to be a bit a old theme.     Hello Alex,

    I finally decided to keep this theme. I'm updating my website and I realize that  the Essential Grid module is not working anymore since you update the theme. I can't add the module anymore in my page builder (see screenshot). When I select  the grid i want from the drop down menu, there is no way to validate my choice.

    The issue is caused by a conflict between "NextGen Gallery" plugin and "Essential Grid". You should disable NextGen
