    Hi,

    When we click at play button on some music file (included the sample file from demo content of the main page) the music div does not load.

    Error data obtained from console said that is a problem with wavesurfer JS file.

    Hi there,

    I dont have acces to the wp-admin. The login credential you have gave doesnt work anymore. 
    But it looks like the "Ajax continuous player" feature is not activated. Please go to wp-admin>croma>general setting 

    and enable the  "Ajax continuous player".

    Hi there, 

    Could you please update first Croma

    And then remove croma-music plugin, go to wp-admin>appearance>install plugins, and re-install it.

    Hi, I'm trying to upgrade the theme from envato, but button does not do anything

    In addition, If I try to copy and paste in browser the URL of "update available" from envato plugin, page says me that I have the last theme version. Next I delete the plugin, but when I try to re-install it, an error occur.

    Help me please lol :(

    The theme is updated and I have also update all required plugins. The issue still persist.

    May I  know how do you minify all JS script? This is probably a tool from your webhost. I dont see any plugin who do that.

    Get all time you need.

    The only problem is that today is the last license day :(

    We use gzip to compress all content at server level for all the websites, but anything more.

    I hope you can find the solution.
