    Hi 

    We have enabled SSL on the site, we have mixed content warnings for images and CSS files. Where is the best place for us to edit the urls to relative rather than absolute so that we can have the green padlock.

    Yes please take a look at the Menu on this page on a desktop as you scroll. 

    Also I cannot seem to get a green padlock on this page.

    I have managed to get all the pages with green padlock except home. 

    There is a Background image in the Events Essential grid, I'm unable to locate where to replace it. 

    In the view source you can see its trying to load this media file over http:// not https://

    Ok I found the image in a column in the visual composer so all pages have green padlock. 

    So right now the only issue I have please can you look at why the Alternative logo is not not rendering in the menu. 

    Its probably in a Javascript file.

    Ok I found how to fix the logo issue. I re uploaded a graphic in the Coma Menu settings - Header Logo On Mini

    The logo is now showing up and i have a green padlock.

    I have noticed another issue since SSL the sight. 

    Aritist | Booking pages do not render if I go from Home > Aritist | Booking

    I can replicate this issue, if I go from Shop > Aritist | Booking the pages render first time. 

    Otherwise I have to click on Aritist | Booking buttons twice.

    I have unlocked the front end perhaps you can browse the site to test the Artist and booking page and see when you single click not all content loads.

    I checked on your site and tried to navigate through the menu options as per your description and the display seems fine on first-click.     Thanks for sharing yes yours looks fine. My issue was noted on Chrome and safari. 

    Firefox , Sarfari and Chrome all the same. If I click on home > Booking (No Captcha) Shop > Booking (Captcha) Booking > Artist (Blank Screen) Shop > Artist (Essential Grid appears). Very very weird have tried it on 4g and Wifi and mobiles all same here.

    I had this comment from someone who is testing the webpage so you can see its not just me

    Not sure if it my internet or not, i do have fast internet but sometimes the artist page fails to load 100% and i had to refresh a couple of times

    I was in a position to have the issue replicated at some point, while following those steps. Could you kindly provide us with temporary admin access to your WordPress Dashboard so that we can take a closer look into this.

    You may create a new administrator user within your WordPress Dashboard using your email address. You may then copy the login credentials to us in your reply.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the link.

    In this case, kindly consider updating your theme to the latest version. Here is an article on how to upgrade the theme. Also please upgrade the Essential grid plugin you have in place via FTP. Attached is the latest version of the plugin. Please note that if you upgrade it from the WordPress dashboard you will lose all your settings.

    Thanks for the plugin file. I have done a site backup. 

    Looking at the change log there is only this difference in the update, I am a bit concerned about the amount of plugins this will update hopefully not change any of the custom options. 

    Essentially this is the version 3.4.0 and the next is 3.4.1 right ?

    V.3.4.1 - 15.03.2018

    - Updated: Essential Grid to 2.2.4 which fix the Instagram API feed issue. 
    - Updated: WPBackery Page Builder (Formerly Visual Composer) to 5.4.7 (Instruction: To update the plugin, go to WP-Admin > Plugins > Delete the plugin then go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and re-install the plugin. You won't loose anything.)
    - Updated: Revolution Slider to 5.4.7.1 (Instruction: To update the plugin, go to WP-Admin > Plugins > Delete the plugin then go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and re-install the plugin. You won't loose anything.)
    - Update Woocommerce template to be compatible with Woocommerce 3.3.1
    - Add layout options on Woocommerce pages
    - Add retina footer logo

    In my Croma > Information it says I'm running Child theme version 1.0

    I probably should check on the Essential grid update, after I have uploaded the files via FTP shall I just deactivate the old one and active the new folder name for example Essential Grid 3 ?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for keeping in touch and sorry for the delay here.

    To answer your questions here, you will just need to activate the Essential grid version 2.2.4.1. I can however see that you have already activated this. As for the theme, usually we recommend on ensuring that you are using the latest theme version, especially if it could be a minor bug or issue you just encountered. The latest version should be 3.4.2.

    However, tracing back to the artists page issue, I'm now not in a position to have this replicated from my end, neither view that console error on the page. Here is a screencast from my end (http://recordit.co/YBGlljP9E3). Feel free to let me know if I could be missing out on something. You could also send me a screencast from your end using this tool (https://www.useloom.com/) if the issue is still present on your end so that I can try following on the exact steps.
